My home and flood insurance was complicated and my situation changed several times over the course of 10 years. Greg Esse was a true pro at accommodating my desires for insurance coverage all the while at the lowest cost and best value. Greg also did a great job explaining the coverage so I had a solid understanding of what is covered and what is not and the associated risk.

Larry brought our company in and always provides support when needed. He set us up with Ashley as our in-house contact person. She has been nothing short of amazing. She has been relentless in solving some of the issues created by our previous agent. She knows how to push outside vendors to get us what we need ASAP so I don't have to make the calls myself. They handle our General liability, Excess Coverage, Auto Insurance, and Workman's Compensation. As a business owner, I couldn't ask for a better experience from a partner company.

When my prior homeowners insurance company "fired me," I needed to find another company. At that time, the company I had worked with for many years could not find an affordable homeowners policy for me. (Agreed it was the height of companies not want to insure in Florida.) I went to Purmort and Martin and they were so helpful trying to find a good policy that was reasonable in cost. Since that time (3 years ago), I have been so pleased with this company. They are now helping me with all my insurance needs and have (without me asking!) reviewed upcoming homeowner policies and were very successful finding a policy that was just as good as my prior one, at a very substantial savings. The entire staff has been great; professional, thorough, customer driven and very personable. Kudos to Tracy who answers my calls promptly and is always extremely helpful.
